We currently have 10 rooms booked for the September 13-20 dates.

Once these fill, there will be a waitlist for this trip as well as consideration for building a second group for September 4-10.

Our retreat is limited to 12-16 women, depending on selection of private suites vs. shared rooms.

Each retreat participant will receive an individual on-on-one sessions with each of the three retreat facilitators (for a total of three sessions).

Options for these one hour sessions include coaching, Reiki energy work, Acutonics (sound forks on acupuncture meridians), and sound healing.

There is time built into the schedule for your own inner reflection while exploring the surrounding nature, resting, spending time around the pool, and other self-care options.

These are what might be considered the workshop components of the retreat, where we will gather to explore and awaken a more authentic and connected life.

We will have prepared lunches from our resort to take on our group trip to the Cloudbridge Nature Preserve, where we will hike through the cloud forest to the magnificent waterfall.

Transportation and park entry fees are included in your retreat package.

Qi gong (pronounced chee gung) is form of self-cultivation and self-care that can reduce stress, maintain health and increase vitality. The ancient practice of qi gong integrates physical movement, breathing techniques and focused attention. Cultivating a qi gong practice creates awareness of the energetic and emotional bodies and deepens connection to self and nature. We offer guided group qi gong classes on our retreats to assist with the inward journey of connecting with your deeper sense of self and the natural rhythms of nature.

What you will learn about yourself on this retreat will be the gift of a lifetime. The friends you will make and the relationships you will cultivate on this retreat do not end in Costa Rica.

Our ongoing gift to you is membership in a special Inward Expeditions online community where you can gather, chat, share insights, ask questions, lean on and learn from each other in a private online membership group comprised only of participants who have experienced the magic of our retreats.

Our facilitator team will host optional video meet ups using this portal to keep the groups and our work connected and ongoing after you return home.

You will pay $1500 as a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot on the retreat.

Starting in March 2025, you will make 6 monthly payments on the balance of the tuition, to be paid in full by August.

[A small credit card processing fee can be avoided by paying via check. Inquire if interested]

Due to the administrative work, costs of the retreat center, and limited space, deposits are non-refundable.

Once paid in full, in the case of extenuating circumstances that require you to cancel, we will make every effort to fill your spot from the wait list. If we do, you will receive all but your non-refundable initial deposit back in full.

If you RSVP with your deposit payment before June 30th, there is a $550 discount.

Starting July 1st, regular pricing increases to $6500 for a private suite and $5000 for a shared room.

You are responsible for:

• booking your airfare to and from San Jose, Costa Rica (we will give you flight recommendations on arrival / departure  dates and times).
• an overnight airport hotel (most flights from the US arrive very late in the evening so we will overnight before traveling to the resort the following morning. We have hotel recommendations for the group).
• Spending money for local markets for personal purchases.

After you have reserved your spot with a deposit payment, our team will be in touch with a variety of communications prior to the start of the trip.

We will give you an intake form that is a discovery document, allowing us to prepare for your particular interests and needs for your retreat journey with us.

Our facilitators will conduct an individual consultation with you via Zoom after you are enrolled.

There will also be a group Zoom to go over final logistics, answer questions, and connect participants a month before departure.

We will have a suggested resource list of books, articles, videos, and podcasts that might interest you before arrival.

We will provide a detailed suggested packing list and travel tips.

We are tentatively holding September 4-10 for an additional group when we fill the first retreat and there is enough interest.

We will also create a wait list to fill any cancellations and to inform interest for additional trips.
