022 — Dr. Freeman Hrabowksi, Pres. of UMBC: “The True Grit Behind This Cinderella Story”

We discuss Cinderella stories today with Dr. Freeman Hrabowski, the President of UMBC – a college that made March Madness history; and a look back at his participation in the 1963 Children's March that brought the city of Birmingham to its knees through non-violent protest. Hrabowski was spat on and jailed by Bull Connor and visited by Dr. King at the tender age of 12.
